Shipping and Tracking Details
Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped daily Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 10am eastern will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that generally ship the next day.
Larger items are shipped via UPS ground while smaller items ship via USPS. When your item ships you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. If you ordered multiple items you will receive an email confirmation for each package that ships.
Tracking: Tracking notifications are sent via email automatically. If you have not received a tracking number, check your spam folder. Notifications often end up in spam folders.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently available for Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. We ship the larger items via DHL and the smaller items via USPS. Customers will be responsible for customs/duty fees on the receiving end.

Returns & Exchanges
All items are eligible for return if sent within 30 days after purchasing and can be sent to return address on shipping label. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customer will be reimbursed the purchase price for returned items minus a 10% restocking fee.
If you received a different product from what you ordered, please contact us immediately to arrange a free exchange.
Order/Address Changes
Once an order is placed, it automatically begins processing in our system. Due to this, we are unable to modify, change the shipping method, or update the delivery address. Change requests can be submitted within the 15-minute window after purchasing, though changes are not guaranteed, even if tracking information has not yet been received.

Damaged or Defective Product
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement. We may request photos of the damaged product to expedite the process. However, any damage that occurs due to improper use, mishandling, or general wear and tear after delivery is the customer’s responsibility, and we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for such damage.
